Refund Policy
I. GENERAL

1. Short Title, Application and Commencement:
1.1 The following rules shall be known as the THE CWGS LEARNING ACADEMY (Refund of Tuition Fee) Rules,2021.
1.2 They shall apply to all national and international students at THE CWGS LEARNING ACADEMY in its entirety.
1.3 They shall come into force on 1st July, 2021.
1.4 These Rules can be amended, augmented, clarified, interpreted, added to, deleted from, and changed by the Academy’s Administration. Any such change shall be intimated to the students electronically.
1.5 Application for the refund of Course Fee within seven days of the commencement of the first class of the new batch of course will be accepted and thereafter no application for refund will be accepted beyond seven days of the commencement of new batch of the course under any circumstances.
1.6 Request for cancellation of admission and refund of fees may be considered as per the following norms:

2: REFUND OF COURSE FEE:

(a) Application of refund within twenty one days of commencement of the classes: In case an applicant withdraws admission within twenty one days of the commencement of the classes the applicant shall be refunded 100% fee for whatsoever reason.
(b) Application of refund after the twenty one days of commencement of the classes of the concerned batch of new course, no Course Fee shall be refunded.
Note: No charges shall be deducted for refund of fees.
3. PROCEDURE OF REFUND
(a) For refund, applicant needs to apply to the THE CWGS LEARNING ACADEMY by writing an email with Subject : Refund of Fees followed by the course and batch name.
(b) Application sent via any other mode will not be accepted and cannot be used as a reference for claim of refund.
(c) The applicant’s registration shall be cancelled within two days of making an application for refund and refund shall be processed in three working days.
4. No interest is payable on any amount deposited with THE CWGS LEARNING ACADEMY also including refundable amount, if any.
